Terms and conditions

Please note all Sam’s angels instructors are self-employed and operate under a franchise with Sam’s angels.


All block booking payments are non-refundable .in exception al circumstances and at the instructors discretion any refunds that are to be made should be done directly from the instructor to the pupil. Sam’s angels cannot be held responsible for any payments made to driving instructor. If you have chosen to undertaken driving tuition this agreement is between you and your franchised instructor. No contractual liability shall arise or subsist between you and Sam’s angels.


The driving school allows 15 minutes waiting time for the instructor, due to unforeseen delays such as traffic etc. in the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you have been learning to drive or for any other reason, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both you the instructor.


We cannot be held responsible for driving tests postponed or cancelled by the driving standards agency.


Where payments are made direct to the instructor of Sam’s angels do not accept responsibility whatsoever for any acts, default or failure on the part of instructor not to carry out his or her obligations.


Cancelations should be made prior with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the lesson is chargeable. If two consecutive lessons are missed then the driving school will allocate your lessons to another pupil .if you wish to resume your lesson then you will have to return the waiting list.


We reserve the right to refuse a driving lesson or terminate a driving lesson should the driver be under the influence of alcohol or any other substances that would contravene the provisions of the road safety act 2006.


A test can only be booked with the full consent of the driving instructor. We reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without notice should the driving instructor consider the pupil     not be up to test standards.

Pass plus

Pas plus is a scheme designed to gain valuable experience once you have passed your driving test and is recognized by many leading insurance providers. Significant savings can be made on the production of a pass plus certificate, ask your instructor for details.


The driving school is open from 9am -6.30pm mon-fri , 10 am -4pm sat and 10am -6pm Sunday.


The pupil must keep this appointment card whilst having lessons with the instructor as proof of payment.


I declare that I have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree that I have contracted with the instructor in accordance with them.

Additional Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of our offer are below:
• Note: the 10 lessons offer is split 6 at the beginning and 4 for the week of your test with normal lesson rates charged in between.


• Note: the term lesson is duration of 1 hour, and the offer is for 2 hours sessions.


• Note; all offers apply only if a test has not been booked prior or during the offer period, otherwise normal rate in your area applies.


• Note: applies to all 10 for 99 offers:


There cannot be a break between the offer lessons of more than 2 weeks, otherwise the remaining lessons will be forfeited .this offer is purely to assist in continuity of learning.


Ultimately leading to you passing within the uk average time frame. Abuse of these offers will results in remaining lessons being revoked without possibility of refund (this does not affect your statutory rights). All offers are refundable unless previously specified.
